Meet Dawn
Dawn is a Montana native from Miles City, Montana, now living in McAllister, MT, and enjoying all the Madison Valley has to offer.
After graduating from the University of Montana in Missoula with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, she took off to explore other parts of the country and world. Dawn had great opportunities to learn and travel while working in the corporate realm supervising retail store launches, existing store remodels, and soft line operations and merchandising. But the lure of the snow, skiing, and Montana, brought Dawn back to Big Sky in the early 90s, and owning two popular resort retail operations on the mountain offered a great ski town lifestyle.
In 2000 Dawn became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ennis, Montana a charming, small town with seasonal appeal, and the perfect setting for an active and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys photography, rock climbing, hiking, fishing on the Madison River, skiing, cooking, dining, and gardening.
Continuing to grow as a real estate professional, Dawn obtained her Broker’s license in 2007. A licensed real estate professional in Ennis since 2000 and Broker since 2007, Dawn has built her business through decades of experience in the Madison Valley. Her work spans luxury residences, riverfront and recreational properties, acreage and land, as well as properties and transactions that require an experienced understanding of the nuances of rural Montana real estate. Known for thoughtful pricing, strong negotiation and steady guidance through complex transactions, Dawn brings both local perspective and seasoned judgment to every client relationship. You can always expect personal, professional service and a positive outcome with Dawn.
